OUR YOUTH BASEBALL PROGRAM PROVIDES STRUCTURED ATHELETIC TRAINING, SKILL DEVELOPMENT, AND CHARACTER-BUILDING OPPORTUNITIES TO YOUNG ATHLETES IN THE RICE LAKE COMMUNITY. THROUGH A SERIES OF PRACTICES, GAMES, AND TOURNAMENTS, PARTICIPANTS LEARN THE FUNDAMENTALS OF BASEBALL. IN ADDITION TO PHYSICAL FITNESS, THE PROGRAM EMPHASIZES TEAMWORK, SPORTSMANSHIP, DISCIPLINE, AND HELPING PLAYERS DEVELOP CONFIDENCE AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS. BY CREATING A SAFE AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT, WE ENCOURAGE YOUTH TO STAY ACTIVE, BUILD FRIENDSHIPS, AND FOSTER A LIFELONG APPRECIATION FOR THE SPORT.
