PROMOTE THE SCIENCE OF SEAMANSHIP, NAVIGATION, NAVAL ARCHITECTURE AND CONSTRUCTION AND TO PROVIDE A SUITABLE CLUBHOUSE, DOCKS AND ANCHORAGE FOR ALL THE RECREATION AND USE OF IT'S MEMBERS AND TO ENCOURAGE SOCIAL RELATIONS AMONG THE NEIGHBORING COMMUNITIES.
