TO ASSIST MULTILINGUAL, MULTICULTURAL INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TO ACCESS THE EDUCATIONAL, ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL SERVICES THEY NEED TO BECOME HEALTHY AND PRODUCTIVE MEMBERS OF SOCIETY BY OVERCOMING ANY LANGUAGE, CULTURAL AND/OR TECHNOLOGICAL BARRIERS TO THESE SERVICES.
