We create administer and financially support eduational opportunities for under-served at-risk Memphis-area first through ninth grade students delivering academic enrichment financial literacy leadership development and physical fitness though our summer programs and other events. SLAM Summer Acaemy is a three-week full-day program involving academics leadership and physical fitnessfor first through ninth grade students. Our programs assist students with closing the learning gap. Participants enjoy positive social interactions with peers and adults while receiving instruction in math English language arts reading writing STEM public speaking and financial literacy. After enjoying nutritious lunches and snacks our students particpate in an active afternoon of sports and games.
