Provide safe access to the Hudson River via a facility inexpensive to the general public. Educate the beneral public abount the importance of continuing to preserve and clean the Hudson. Promote swimming as a fun, healthful fitness activity in a natural way. Demonstrate to other communities the vaibility of floating pools by fuilding a successful prototypel
