TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS TO ENHANCE STUDENT LEARNING AND PROVIDE ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO PRACTICE THE SPANISH LANGUAGE. D. TO FOSTER A POSITIVE SCHOOL COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING SUPPORT AND RECOGNITION TO PARENTS, TEACHERS, STUDENTS, AND STAFF.
