TO ESTABLISH, MAINTAIN AND REGULATE A FREE PUBLIC NONSECTARIAN LIBRARY IN THE BOROUGH OF ROBESONIA AND ALSO SERVING NEIGHBORING COMMUNITIES, INCLUDING HEIDELBERG TOWNSHIP, NORTH HEIDELBERG TOWNSHIP AND OTHERS.
