THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROCHESTER AREA YOUTH ASSISTANCE IS THE PREVENTION OF DELINQUENCY AND NEGLECT THROUGH MOBILIZED COMMUNITY INTEREST AND FORCES TOWARD YOUTH AND FAMILY WELFARE IMPROVEMENT.
