To raise funds to support the operations, maintain the buildings and improvements, and supplement the resources of the Rockport Public Library, a public facility operated by the Town of Rockport, Maine, a State of Maine municipal entity/governmental unit that has Section 170(c)(1) tax-exempt status under the Internal Revenue Code.
