Mission Statement

We are an all volunteer organization dedicated to rescuing cockers, cocker mixes and other spaniels, that have been mistreated, neglected, abused, abandoned and experiencing homelessness. RMCR places these dogs into pre-approved foster homes and provides medical care, training, obedience and behavior modification as needed. We have never said no to a cocker in need in or near Colorado including those who need major surgeries, e.g., eye removals, TECA, and severe dental disease. The dog is then successfully adopted and placed into an approved forever home.
