The Rocky Mountain Ski Fest differs from your typical charity event in that it not only is done to raise money for pediatric cancer research but it doubles as an event in which children affected by the horrible disease are offered a mountain escape and chance to ski in the Rocky Mountains with celebrities and the best ski school in country. The multi-day event includes a concert on-mountain ski day ice skating and other ancillary functions. Funds are raised through sponsorships ticket sales donations and merchandise.
