Mission Statement

RTAGs mission is to support U.S. military veterans and transitioning service members in pursuing careers in aviation by providing education, resources, financial assistance, and connections to training providers and aviation employers. Through scholarships, mentorship, industry partnerships, and its national convention, RTAG works to remove barriers to aviation career pathways and create opportunities for veterans and their families to succeed in the aerospace industry.
