RADING, AND ROAD SAFETY, NOT ONLY FOR DRIVERS, BUT ALSO FOR SPECTORS AS WELL. TO REDUCE OCCURANCES OF SENSLESS ILLEGAL STREET RACES AND ENHANCE PUBLIC SAFETY FOR PARTICIPANTS AND SPECTATORS.
