TO PROMOTE SAFE, LEGAL STREET RACING BY PROVIDING SUPPORT AND EDUCATION RESOURCES TO THE COMMUNITY, ABOUT TOPICS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CARS. RADING, AND ROAD SAFETY, NOT ONLY FOR DRIVERS, BUT ALSO FOR SPECTORS AS WELL. TO REDUCE OCCURANCES OF SENSLESS ILLEGAL STREET RACES AND ENHANCE PUBLIC SAFETY FOR PARTICIPANTS AND SPECTATORS.
