TO PROVIDE SOCCER INSTRUCTION AND TRAINING TO YOUTH FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING AND DEVELOPING THEIR SOCCER CAPABILITIES. TO ENCOURAGE AND PROMOTE ACTIVITY AND INVOLVEMENT IN A GROUP SPORT.
