RUST STREET MINISTRIES IS A PLACE FOR MEN, WOMEN, AND CHILDREN LIVING IN THE SAN ANGELO AREA WHO ARE IN NEED OF TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE WITH BASIC NEEDS AND LIFE SKILLS. THE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES OF RUST STREET MINISTRIES ARE DESIGNED TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE SPIRITUAL, EMOTIONAL, INTELLECTUAL, AND PHYSICAL NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY.
