Mission Statement

The mission of the RVBB is to provide both moral and financial support to the Marching Band and other Instrumental Performing Groups through cooperative and organized efforts. All activities will support the policies and programs of the school's Instrumental Music Department. The RVBB is a non-profit organization organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
