THE REDUCTION OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE, WITH A PRIMARY FOCUS ON REDUCING YOUTH SUBSTANCE ABUSE. ITS MISSION IS TO PLAN AND IMPLEMENT STRATEGIES TO PREVENT AND REDUCE YOUTH SUBSTANCE USE AND ITS ASSOCIATED CONSEQUENCES.
