SSPA provides a safety net to regional animal shelter programs.This is primarily accomplished through the provision of behavioral evaluation services foster and adoption programs and after adoption counseling and training. Also we have begun twice weekly behavioral evaluation and training for dogs and owners. This is provided on an individual basis and is free of charge. Services are performed at our facility.
