STATEMENT OF ORGANIZATION'S EXEMPT PURPOSE The purpose of the organization is to provide updated informationto members about bankruptcy and insolvency matters as well as toeducate the public through a series of periodic educational seminarsand events. The organization disseminated information, providedpublic service and education, and promoted a spirit of cooperation inthe field of bankruptcy and insolvency through lectures,presentations, and networking to approximately 100 members.
