SAINT CLARE'S HOSPITAL, INC. WAS FORMED TO IMPROVE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING BY PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY, COMPASSIONATE CARE TO THOSE IN NEED WITH SPECIAL CONCERN FOR THE VULNERABLE AND POOR. ON OCTOBER 1, 2015, SUBSTANTIALLY ALL OF ITS ASSETS WERE SOLD TO PRIME HEALTHCARE SERVICES - SAINT CLARE'S LLC AND OPERATIONS AS A HOSPITAL WERE CEASED.
