Mission Statement

THE SALINE HISTORICAL DOWNTOWN ALLIANCE WAS FORMED TO PRESERVE AND ENHANCE DOWNTOWN SALINE'S HISTORIC BUILDINGS AND MAINTAIN A SENSE OF PLACE WITHIN THE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT WHILE LESSENING THE BURDEN OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND PROMOTING SOCIAL WELFARE THROUGH EFFORTS TO COMBAT COMMUNITY DETERIORATION.
