THE MISSION OF SALT AND LIGHT LEADERSHIP TRAINING FOUNDATION INC (SALLT) IS TO TRAIN LEADERS AND FUTURE LEADERS TO BE SALT AND LIGHT BY HELPING THEM IN THREE WAYS. FIRST, BY UNDERSTANDING GOD'S PURPOSEFULNESS IN CALLING THEM AS LEADERS WITHIN THEIR COMMUNITY AND BY HELPING THEM CLARIFY HOW TO BEST WALK OUT THAT CALLING. SECOND, TO HELP THEM UNDERSTAND THAT ALL HUMANS POSSESS A WORLDVIEW THAT INFLUENCES HOW THEY EXPRESS THEIR LIVES. AS CHRISTIANS, OUR GOAL IS FOR OUR WORLDVIEW TO COME INTO CONFORMITY WITH THAT OF JESUS CHRIST AND THUS SALLT HELPS LEADERS CREATE A BIBLICAL WORLDVIEW. THIRD, BY HELPING THESE LEADERS TO THINK STRATEGICALLY AND WORK IN UNITY TOWARD INFLUENCING THEIR COMMUNITY WITH THE LOVE OF GOD. SALLT HELPS CHRISTIAN LEADERS TO FULLY WALK OUT GOD'S PLAN FOR THEIR LIVES IN SERVICE TO THEIR COMMUNITY.
