Sanctuary Indy units will be tiny homes- not apartments. We believe our tiny homes will: Support the identity and dignity of a home over-identifying "shelter" with an apartment. Encourage purposeful and sensitive communities through "micro" communities. Apartments create the perfect environment for self-isolation. Devise a fresher air environment for non-smokers who suffer from poor air quality due to the smell of smoke in an apartment's ventilation. Reduce bug incidents through individual units over the close quarters of several units within one apartment building. Promote peaceful coexistence for our tenants through separate dwellings over noise issues of an apartment building's thin walls and hallways. We will model holistic therapy through our homes being placed within a wooded environment with nature-like surroundings.
