THE ASSOCIATION SEEKS TO IMPROVE AND RESTORE THE VITALITY OF DOWNTOWN SANDUSKY BY UNDERTAKING ACTIVITIES DESIGNED TO PRESERVE ITS TRADITIONAL DOWNTOWN AREA AS A HEALTHY, ECONOMICALLY VITAL CENTER OF COMMERCE AND SOCIAL ACTIVITY. IT ALSO PROMOTES PRESERVATION, REHABILIATION, AND REUSE THE COMMERCIAL, CIVIC, AND RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS ON THE BUSINESS DISTRICT.
