TO PROVIDE COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS TO YOUNG HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS THAT HAVE A FINANCIAL NEED AND DESIRE TO ATTEND A COLLEGE IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA. THIS IS A NEED-BASED SCHOLARSHIP.
