THE PURPOSE AND MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO HELP CHILDREN DEVELOP DISCIPLINE, A PERSONAL STANDARD OF EXCELLENCE AND A BELIEF IN THEMSELVES THAT WILL CARRY OVER INTO ALL ASPECTS OF THEIR LIVES. THE ORGANIZATION TEACHES DANCE CLASSES AND PROVIDES CLASSES IN LOCAL SCHOOLS, SERVING MANY STUDENTS IN IN-SCHOOL AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS. THE CHIDREN ARE EQUALLY DIVIDED BETWEEN BOYS AND GIRLS AND ARE INCLUSIVE OF ALL PERSONS INCLUDING LOW INCOME, THOSE WITH DISABILITIES AND PERSONS WITH ACCESSIBILITY CHALLENGES.
