THE TOUR ORGANIZES AND CONDUCTS TOURNAMENTS FOR QUALIFIED LOCAL YOUTHS TO TEACH THEM HOW TO PLAY THE GAME OF GOLF INCLUDING INSTRUCTIONS ON THE RULES OF GOLF AND HOW TO APPLY THE RULES DURING PLAY. THE TOUR WILL HOST APPROXIMATELY 1520 EVENTS PER YEAR WITH PARTICIPATION BY THE GREATER SANTA BARBARA AREA COURSES DONATING ACCESS AND GREEN FEES. YOUTH MEMBERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO QUALIFY FOR AN EVENT AS THE NUMBER IS LIMITED TO 60 PER EVENT. THE TOUR WILL BE OFFERING SCHOLARSHIPS TO SENIORS WITH FINANCIAL NEED, FOR QUALIFIED YOUTHS AND AWARDS BASED ON EXCELLENCE ON THE TOUR AND IN SCHOOL, AS PROVIDED AND AVAILABLE
