THEREFORE, WE STRIVE TO REDUCE THE UNCONTROLLED BIRTHS OF THESE ANIMAL SPECIES, SO THAT AS MANY DOGS AND CATS SUITABLE TO LIVE IN A HOME CAN FIND A GOOD ADOPTION.
