EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2016, SCAN HEALTH PLAN ARIZONA ELECTED TO CEASE OPERATIONS AND AS A RESULT WAS NO LONGER A LICENSED INSURER WITH THE STATE OF ARIZONA. THE COMPANY HAS BEEN IN RUN OUT SINCE 2016 AND ACTIVITIES INCLUDE PAYMENT OF CLAIMS AND ALL CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS. AS OF MARCH 10, 2020, THE ARIZONA CORPORATION COMMISSION APPROVED THE DISSOLUTION OF SCAN HEALTH PLAN AZIRONA.
