Solicit gifts, contributions, grants and other financial support, including both funds and property, from the community, including individuals, corporations and institutions, and other exempt organizations, to be used for the purposes set forth herein including to provide educational scholarships to eligible students of schools in the Dodge City Diocese as provided in K.S.A. 72-4353, 72-4354, 72-4355, 72-4356, 72-4357, and amendments there of.
