TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR ATTORNEYS, TO PROMOTE ATTORNEYS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC, AND TO ALLOW ATTORNEYS THE OPPORTUNITY FOR GENERAL INTERACTION OUTSIDE THE COURT ROOM SETTING.
