To be the place where our community members go to seek information and materials which might enlighten, entertain and develop their creativity in an open and nonjudgmental environment. The Scio Memorial Library provides: Print and Audiovisual Materials, Electronic Resources, Space for Meetings and Creativity inside the building and in the park.
