Mission Statement

SCRATCH MY BELLY IS A NON-PROFIT, ALL BREED DOG RESCUE, SAVING ANIMALS FROM HIGH KILL SHELTERS IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AND THE STREETS OF MEXICO. WE WORK INDIVIDUALLY, AND WITH OTHER RESCUE GROUPS, TO HELP REHABILITATE AND REHOME ANIMALS IN NEED.
