Mission Statement

TO COLLECT, PRESERVE AND INVEST THE MONIES TO BE PAID TO THE ORGANIZATION AND TO PAY AND/OR PROVIDE FOR TRAINING, AND/OR UP-GRADING AND/OR RECERTIFICATION OF UNLICENSED SEAMEN AND APPRENTICES AND TO PAY FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF SAID ORGANIZATION, ALL TO THE EXTENT AND IN THE MANNER AS DETERMINED BY THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME.
