Mission Statement

The Sebastian Exchange Club Foundation (The Foundation)was founded in 2000 to further the education of deserving graduates of Sebastian River High School. The High School guidance department makes our scholarship application available to all senior students. We require a tax return or other proof of income to accompany the application. The Foundation forms a small committee of at least four concerned local individuals who independently review all of the applications and then meet to decide which applicants are most deserving. The committee looks for hard working students with good grades who truly need financial assistance. We do not discriminate based on race, color, creed or gender. The scholarship can be used to attend any four-year college or university or junior or community college or trade school for a post high school education leading to a degree, trade or profession.
