Mission Statement

THE PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO IMPROVE FOOTBALL OFFICIATING IN THE SOUTHEAST MISSOURI AREA BY CONDUCTING MEETINGS TO FACILITATE THE ORGANIZED STUDY OF THE RULES OF THE GAME, INTERPRETATIONS OF THE RULES, AND OFFICIATING MECHANICS AS THEY RELATE TO GAME PROCEDURES.
