TO RECEIVE CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS TO BE USED TO PURCHASE SENIOR BOWL AND OTHER LOCAL ATHLETIC EVENTS TICKETS TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO CHILDREN, DISADVANTAGED YOUTHS, AND DISABLED MOBILIANS WHO MIGHT OTHERWISE NOT GET TO SEE SUCH EVENTS, AND TO MAKE GRANTS TO ANY ORGANIZATION THAT QUALIFIES AS A SECTION 501(C)(3) ORGNANIZATION UNDER THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, AND SECTION 509(A)(1), (2), OR (3) AS A PUBLIC CHARITY OR QUALIFIES AS A "GOVERNMENTAL UNIT".
