THE AGENCY HAS EXPANDED ITS SERVICES TO INCLUDE SPECIALIZED ADULT DAY CARE FOR SENIORS WITH ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE AND OTHER FORMS OF DEMENTIA, AS WELL AS PROVIDING SERVICES INCLUDING: TRANSPORTATION, CARE MANAGEMENT, EDUCATION, RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, AND IN-HOME SUPPORT SERVICES.
