Mission Statement

SENIOR HOUNDSABOUND PROVIDES A HOME FOR SENIOR (AGES 7 AND ABOVE) BASSET HOUNDS AND BEAGLES WHO HAVE FOUND THEMSELVES WITHOUT A HOME. SOME COME TO SENIOR HOUNDSABOUND VIA OTHER RESCUES, ANIMAL SHELTERS, AND SOME FROM OWNERS WHO CAN NO LONGER CARE FOR THEM. MOST HOUNDS COMING TO SENIOR HOUNDSABOUND HAVE MEDICAL OR BEHAVIORAL ISSUES.
