SEPTEMBER'S MISSION FOUNDATION'S EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THOSE AFFECTED BY UNFORESEEN ACTS OF TRAUMA OR SUDDEN LOSS, FROM TERRORIST ATTACKS OR NATURAL DISASTERS; PROVIDING SUPPORT, HEALING, AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES IN THE HEALING CENTER IN IKEN PRESCHOOL IN NEW YORK; AND PROVIDING GUIDANCE, RESOURCES, AND ADVOCACY AS NEEDED. SEPTEMBER'S MISSION IS ALSO DEDICATED TO HELPING FAMILIES WHO LOST LOVED ONES ON 9/11. BY HOSTING AND SUPPORTING EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR FOR FAMILIES AND CHILDREN, WE STRENGTHEN PERSONAL CONNECTIONS AND CREATE A POSITIVE, NURTURING FORUM THAT CONTRIBUTES TO HEALING. MISSION BE'S EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE MINDFULNESS-BASED SOCIAL EMOTIONAL LEARNING TO HELP CHILDREN THRIVE ACADEMICALLY AND BEYOND, THROUGH IN-SCHOOL PROGRAMS AND EDUCATOR TRAININGS.
