IT IS ESTABLISHED AND IS MAINTAINED FOR THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF PROVIDING EDUCATION AND JOB TRAINING BENEFITS FOR EMPLOYEES IN THE SERVICE CONTRACT INDUSTRY TO FOSTER THEIR EMPLOYABILITY, PRODUCTIVITY, SKILS, AND KNOWLEDGE.
