Mission Statement

Seven Star Women's Kung Fu teaches self defense and the art of Kajukenbo to women identifying individuals and genderqueer/nonbinary people who live in the greater Seattle area. We represent four generations of women teaching women and nonbinary folks in the martial arts. For 42 years we have enabled individuals to learn self defense and train in the martial arts by offering free childcare to parents while they train, ASL interpreting, scholarships, sliding scale monthly dues based on income, and free community self defense classes.
