THE PURPOSE OF THE SEVENTH CIRCUIT BAR ASSOCIATION FOUNDATION IS TO ENGAGE IN EDUCATIONAL, HISTORICAL, CULTURAL, AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING (1)ORGANIZING AND PRESENTING PROGRAMS ON SUBSTANTIVE AND PROCEDURAL LEGAL ISSUES OF INTEREST TO JUDGES AND LAWYERS WHO PRACTICE IN FEDERAL COURTS IN IL, IN,AND WI;(2) ORGANIZING AND PRESENTING PROGRAMS TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC WITH REGARD TO THE RULE OF LAW, THE CONSTITUTION AND THE ROLE OF THE JUDICIARY; AND (3)ENGAGING IN OTHER ACTIVITIES AND ENDEAVORS THAT PROMOTE A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE LEGAL SYSTEM OF THE U.S. AND THE DEMOCRATIC FORM OF GOVERNMENT ALL WITHIN THE MEANING OF SEC 501(C)(3).
