Shaping Solutions Leadership Training and Development Inc educates, edifies, and empowers individuals through outreach, intervention, and counseling services. We provide individuals that have been impacted in their personal, professional, and business life with the valuable tools they need to shift their mindset and develop the skill sets required to take the necessary actions to sustain their LIFE. Our overall purpose is to educate, edify, and empower opportunity populations with professional leadership, skills training, and personal development services and solutions that bring therapeutic wellness services, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence training to communities in need. Our programs and other holistic approaches reinforce self-esteem and respect for life. We want each participant to be allowed experiences that will shape them a healthy environment to culture them and the tools and resources that help them turn their obstacles into opportunities.
