Primary purpose is to train and provide skilledcertified football officials for High School Junior Varsity 9th grade and middle school games for the Alabama High School Athletic Association We paid approximately 98 Officials during the year The football organization Shelby Football Officials association provided advertising for the growth of the membership an end of the year banquet with recognitions paid for district and state campstraining and paid for the use of an officials pay system call dragonfly Dragonfly charged us 200 per day per official Total fees for dragonfly was 2550
