Mission Statement

To operate a charitable organization as recognized under section 501C3 of the internal revenue code and A.R.S code section 42-111. To own, rent, or lease facilities for public sports and recreation. To hold properties and events to serve a population that includes persons who are indigent or afflicted and engage in delivering services consisting of fitness programs, camping programs, heath and recreation services, youth programs, child care, senior citizen programs, and services for individuals with disabilities. To hold and transfer property designated as parkland and/or recapture, and to hold and develop property for public parks, trails and open spaces to preserve or protect scientific, biological, geological, paleontological, natural or archaeological resources. To enter into inter-local agreements with municipalities and municipal corporations to promote community resources and services.
