TO PROVIDE AND ENCOURAGE ALL FORMS OF MOTORCYCLE ACTIVITIES FOR MOTORCYCLE RIDERS HAVING ATTAINED THE AGE OF THIRTY YEARS OR MORE, OR WILL BE TURNING THIRTY WITHIN THE CALENDAR YEAR.
