Mission Statement

SCWS' mission is to unite the Sisters area community in a shared commitment to supporting our most vulnerable neighbors. We strive to ensure that every individual has access to life's essentials - from food and shelter to vital resources and compassionate care. By fostering a culture of empathy and collaboration, we empower community members to contribute their time, skills, and hearts to build a stronger, more connected community where no one is left behind. We provide 1) emergency sheltering and supplies to the vulnerable 2) outreach with meals, showers, laundry, and fuel 3) operate a food bank for community members in need.
