Mission Statement

To train teachers in secular yoga, meditation and mindfulness methods for public school classrooms. Programs combine storytelling, coordinated movements, breathing techniques and positive affirmations to improve SEL competency, mindfulness skills and academic outcomes for K-12 youth.
